KNGF complaints procedure

Despite our best efforts and our guarantee of good care and service, it may be the case that you are dissatisfied with something or even wish to lodge a complaint. You are always free to discuss your comments and criticisms with one of our staff or to lodge your complaint with us by e-mail: mail@plexusamsterdam.nl.

If we are not able to deal with your complaint as you wish, then you can approach the disciplinary committee of the Koninklijk Nederlands Genootschap voor Fysiotherapie (KNGF) or the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Manuele Therapie (NVMT).
